How to check if I'm streaming from the the right Netflix country

Netflix:

There are a few ways to check if Netflix relocation is in effect:

Certain devices (Fire TV, Android TV, Roku) can show you which country your in from the Netflix Settings. Simply launch the Netflix app and navigate to  Settings > Get Help > Member > Country/Language.

If you've chosen US Netflix you should see US / xx-XX. If you've chosen UK/IE Netflix you should see IE / xx-XX. Same goes for any other Netflix country.

For other devices, like mobile apps and browsers we'll need to confirm by finding and playing titles only available in the country you chose. A few examples:

You can also confirm by finding and playing titles only available in the country you chose. A few examples:

  • For Netflix US, search for the series "Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous (2013)" and play it.
  • For Netflix Canada, search for the movie "Spy Kids 3: Game Over (2003)" and play it.
  • For Netflix UK/IE, search for the movie "Come Dine with Me (2015)" and play it.

These titles change from time to time as Netflix gains and loses content on a regular basis. We suggest checking for the latest titles available in the country you're looking for using unogs.com. It is a search engine for Netflix content where you can filter by country.
