Unauthorized Purchases, disputes or chargebacks

If your Credit Card or payment service (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay) has an unauthorized charge from us, please contact support@streamlocator.com and provide the following:

  • The last 4 digits of your credit card that was charged or name of the payment service used
  • The amount charged
  • The date the charge happened on

Note that initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through your card provider or PayPal without contacting us first will result in your account being frozen until the dispute process has been fully resolved.
