How to switch StreamLocator Hub subscription plans

You have the option to switch between our available subscription plans. Follow our guide below to learn how.

Note that plan changes only take affect after the current billing period ends. 

Example 1: You have 6 months left on your initial subscription time and you're looking to switch to our annual renewal plan which is cheaper. You'll apply the change, but the displayed plan will only change at the end of those 6 months.

Example 2: You're currently renewing your subscription monthly on a certain date each month. You'll apply the change, but the displayed plan will only change on the date of your next renewal.

How to switch plans:

Step 1:

On a computer or mobile browser, visit the billing section of your account page like so:

• Visit my.streamlocator.com, select the menu option at the top right side of the page (where your name or email are displayed) and select "Billing"

Step 2:

On the following page, select the white box where the name and price of your current plan is shown.

Step 3:

Select "Edit Subscription"

Step 4:

Select the new plan you'd like to switch to and select the "Update Subscription" button.

Step 5:

That's it! Your subscription will change over to the new plan at the end of your current subscription period. You can see when the change will be applied by selecting "View scheduled changes" on the previous page.

If you decide against the change at any point, you can remove the scheduled plan change by simply selecting "Remove scheduled changes" on the following page.
