How to set up Smart DNS on Windows 11


  1. Go to network settings

  • Click Start → Settings
  • Go to Network & Internet → Select Wi-Fi or Ethernet

  1. Enter DNS settings

  • Click your network name → Edit under DNS service assignment

  • Under DNS server assignment, select Edit, then Manual
  • Enter Preferred DNS: 66.33.68.1

  1. Configure DNS over HTTPS

  • Set DNS over HTTPS to On (manual template)
  • Enter: https://dns.streamlocator.com/dns-query

  • Click Save


Restart your PC to apply changes.


Press here to activate StreamLocator on your network. You can activate from any device connected to the same network as your PC.
