Do I need the StreamLocator Fire TV app if I have the StreamLocator router?

The StreamLocator app is a standalone service for Fire TV devices only and is not intended to be used with the router. With the router you can watch from any device by simply launching the streaming app directly or through a browser.

Want to watch any of the supported services? Simply connect your device (smart TV, computer, phone, etc.) to the StreamLocator Wi-Fi network and launch the corresponding app directly from the device or browser.
