How to change countries with the StreamLocator Hub
You can set your streaming relocation for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, DAZN, Roku and Zattoo on the StreamLocator router panel. After you log in, simply select a country from the drop-down menu.
For any other supported service, you will be automatically re-located so there's no need to change countries.
Relocation for Netflix is available for:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
Relocation for Amazon is available for:
- United States
- United Kingdom
Relocation for Disney+ is available for:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
Relocation for DAZN is available for:
- Canada
- Germany
- Italy
US
Relocation for Roku is available for:
- United States
- United Kingdom
Relocation for Zattoo is available for:
- Switzerland
- Germany
Relocation for Discovery+ is available for:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Italy
Relocation for Paramount+ is available for:
- United States
- Mexico
Important: You may need to restart your device or streaming service after changing relocation settings to work properly.
To change Prime, Roku, Zattoo, Discovery+ or Paramount+ locations:
Important:
- For Amazon Prime, You will need an account with a Prime subscription in the US or UK. You can read more about how Prime relocation works in this overview.
- For US/UK Roku, you'll need to create a free US/UK Roku account. You can follow our quick guide on this.
- For Zattoo, a separate account needs to be created for each country - simply switch to the country of your choice and register for a free account on the Zattoo website. You can confirm you are on the correct Zattoo website by looking at the URL Bar at the top of the browser.
- if you're set to Switzerland the URL would show: zattoo.com/ch
- if you're set to Germany the URL would show: zattoo.com/de
- For Discovery+, you'll need a separate account and subscription for each country StreamLocator supports.
- For Paramount+, you'll need a separate subscription and app for the US and any other Country, the US has its own app, while everywhere else shares the same one,
Click "Set up your US/UK Amazon Prime and Roku US accounts"
Click the drop-down menu and choose your desired Prime, Roku, Zattoo, Discovery+ or Paramount+ location.
