How to watch F1 TV Pro in the US
Due to upcoming changes to F1 TV Pro in the US for 2026 and beyond, your F1 login and subscription experience is changing.
As of December 2025, it will no longer be possible to subscribe to F1 TV Pro in the US due to Apple taking over F1 TV streaming in the United States.
Keep in mind - How you actually stream and view F1 TV content will not change, it will continue to be streamed from within the F1 TV website and apps. The only thing changing is the login and subscription purchase experience.
Below, we will go over a couple of scenarios to better explain the situation:
I have an annual subscription to F1 TV Pro in the US that does not expire until August 2026
You will still be able to use your existing login details on the F1 TV app and website to access the Pro content until it expires. How to renew after that will be confirmed by F1 via email closer to the start of the new season.
We will update this article once more information from Apple/F1 is available
I plan to subscribe to Apple TV with a US Apple ID
US Apple TV subscribers will be able to log in to the F1 TV app and website from the start of the new season to access live races and usual content. Further details on how this will work will be confirmed by Apple in the coming weeks.
I have an active F1 TV Pro subscription from another country
F1 TV is considered "portable, which means it will work with a subscription from any country, regardless of the server you are relocating to with StreamLocator. So, as long as you are subscribed to the Pro tier, regardless of where you originally purchased it, you can use that subscription in any region that offers Pro tier content.
If you sign up for a free StreamLocator trial, you will be able to access your current F1 TV Pro subscription via our F1 TV server in Canada.
