How to set up Smart DNS on your router

StreamLocator Smart DNS can be set up on your router to work with all streaming devices on your network, so you don't have to set up each device individually. Any device that is then connected to that router's network will benefit from StreamLocator.

Note that this will only affect the streaming services traffic we support; everything else on your network will function as usual and will not be affected by StreamLocator.

To do this, adjust the DNS servers that your router uses to the following DNS servers and reboot your router.

  • Primary DNS: 66.33.68.1
  • Secondary DNS: 66.33.68.2

Typically, your router's DNS settings can be found in the WAN section of your router's admin dashboard.
